Discount Tire

Cameron was amazing! It was after 5:30 on a Friday, close to closing time and the office was full of customers. Cameron greeted us right away with a huge smile and at first said he would not be able to get us looked at before they closed. I explained our situation and he made it happen! We had a screw on the outer tread of our tire which is not repairable. The technician took me out to show me and told me while they didnt have a replacement in stock, they could get us one the next day. He maxed out my air pressure to prevent it from going flat until tomorrow. Cameron said he would have a new tire 10-12 on Saturday and called me at 10 on the dot saying he had the tire! We went right away and they got us right in and took care of us! We had the hazard warranty to the only cost to us was the cost of the new hazard on the new tire! Cameron and the entire Team at the Spring location are top notch! I have been using Discount Tire exclusively for close to 10 years and every location always goes above and beyond!

I’m not the one to usually write reviews, but the service here genuinely earned one. I received 4 new tires at an outstanding price. The work itself was fast and well done — my car has felt solid on the road ever since. What really stuck with me, though, was how respectfully I was treated. The shop was very busy, but the manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, discount tire! If you're looking for a tire shop you can trust, this is it. Highly recommend them!

Been buying all my tires here last year. Only could buy 1 last week bought the other 3 this week. An hr later when I got home there was a massive Bolt with a washer in thr tire . I drove back to discount at the light b4 there it went totally flat, rolled on the flat to them and they replaced the whole tire with a new one no charge. BEST and ONLY Place for Tires. Also I had my dogs with my , didnt bring the leashes., they let me drive the car into the bay and sit in it with my dogs whole they worked on it. Theses guys are the best.

I am constantly amazed at how wonderful this place is. They have patched my tires on numerous occasions (yay for being in roofing), filled up my tires, and replaced them twice. They are always so kind, patient, informative, and patient. I have recommended them to everyone that I possibly can. I will NEVER use anyone else. I will recommend them to everyone forever. Thank you, Discount Tire, Jeremy and the whole team, for being so awesome. Y’all are THE BEST!

Cameron was super helpful when it came to tires on our Tundra. We weren’t sure what to get that would be both cost effective and keep the rugged look of the existing tires. He was so kind and made sure that we made the right choice for us. And quick too!
